Our Oushaks epitomise minimalism, featuring quietly elegant designs inspired by the Ottoman era. After an organic wash, these pieces harness the natural essence of sunlight for days on end, resulting in velvety soft, lustrous textures that evolve beautifully with light.

Dusted Empress is a refined study in softness and symmetry, where classical Oushak motifs are gently distilled into a muted, contemporary language. Handwoven from 100% natural wool sourced from Pakistan and New Zealand, the surface carries a subtle sheen, balanced by a grounded, almost weathered texture.

The palette is intentionally restrained: a warm taupe and soft stone base is lifted with delicate infusions of blush rose, chalky ivory, pale sand, and faint hints of dusty coral. The central medallion anchors the composition without overpowering it, while stylised florals and geometric elements unfold with quiet precision across the field.

A structured border frames the piece with clarity, echoing the interior motifs while allowing the negative space to breathe. Gentle variations in tone and pile reflect its handmade nature, giving the carpet depth without heaviness and movement without noise.
