This carpet has a softly layered palette of dusty mauve, plum and terracotta, lifted by small touches of turquoise and gold. Its mirrored botanical design features tall, arching leaves and stylised flower heads that emerge gradually from the richly coloured ground. Completely handmade in Afghanistan by experienced artisans, it is woven from 100% natural wool sourced from Pakistan and New Zealand.

The close tonal colours give the intricate pattern a gentle, almost painterly quality. With its generous size and warm hues, it would bring depth and a quiet sense of drama to a living room or bedroom.
